To London again

This morning I head down to London again. This time I will be speaking at the SPUC Council meeting at JHead Office. Will be trying to get SPUC branches to arrange appointments with Church leaders where they live. Its all part of trying to get to preach in churches on the sanctity of human life.

Will be back home Sunday evening.

Fishing , then to London

Today I went fishing , Ian took his boat along with his daughter , see opposite.

We caught 28 fish , cooked a few on the beach. Ian told me he went to Church last Sunday and his daughter went to Sunday School. We had a good day together. Most of the fish were given to friends.

Tomorrow I will be getting the train down to London , have a few meetings of Friday. On Saturday it is the SPUC Evangelicals committee meeting. We will be praying for direction , please pray for us. Our Chairman resigned just recently.

Will be getting the train back home on Sunday.

Next Wednesday evening I have arranged to go fishing with Ian again, weather permitting.
Pray that Ian will get converted .

Another fish story

If you read my last blog post you would have noticed I was a bit unhappy. Well , Ian , whose boat I saved from sinking met up with me earlier in the week. He was very grateful for my rescue services.

Today I took him fishing , we took both boats. Caught about 40 mackerel , 20 went into my crab traps , we ate 2 on the beach and the remainder are in my deep freeze.

Ian served in the infantry for the British army for 22 years. He went to Afghanistan to be a private security guard. He was captured by the Taliban , then miraculously released after 5 hours. He prayed to God at that time to deliver him.

Please pray that Ian will be delivered from all his sin , by making Christ his Lord and Saviour.

Tomorrow we  pull the  my crab/ lobster traps at 8 am.
